Vintage 2020 :
This deep garnet-colored wine has a rich, opulent fruitiness on the nose, enhanced by fine roasted and spicy notes. On the palate, a velvety texture of well-concentrated black fruits, subtly toasted, lightly vanilla-flavored and enhanced by elegant tannins.
A well-balanced, gourmet cuvée. Long finish, good aromatic persistence and excellent ageing potential.
Vintage 2019 :
This elegant wine, with its bright, dark garnet color, has a dense nose of black fruit and mellow oak. Full-bodied, fleshy, fruity (bigarreau cherry) on the palate, supported by well-coated tannins. This cuvée is generous and concentrated, delicately toasted, revealing a structure that gives it character.
The finish is long, fresh and velvety. This vintage, with its expressive aromatic palette, offers excellent ageing potential.
1. Grape varieties
80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet
Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc
2. Soils
The soil is composed of dry gravel
and the subsoil is clayey-silty-gravelly
with traces of iron oxide known as “iron dross”.

4. Vineyard work
The vineyard is cultivated in the traditional way with plot management: ploughing the soil,
grassing, mixed use…. Mechanical leaf-thinning and green harvesting. A selection of plots is made, giving preference to old vines.
5.winemaking
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then cold-macerated for five days to extract maximum aromas. Visit
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are carried out in temperature-controlled tanks. High-temperature vatting and final hot maceration last between 18 and 30 days, depending on the vat, to obtain maximum concentration and balance.
6.breeding
The wine is aged in new oak barrels for 18 months and bottled at the estate.
