Vintage :
Dense and velvety, with firm yet silky tannins, full-bodied and persistent on the palate, dominated by candied cherries, with a spicy aromatic note. Intense and charming, for laying down.

80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc
2. Soils
The soil is silty-sandy, very dry with fine gravel on the surface; the subsoil is rich in iron oxide.
3.surface area
1 hectares
4. Vineyard work
The vineyard is cultivated in the traditional way; there is no weeding and ploughing is traditional; shodding in winter and de-shodding in spring, we practice green harvesting and leaf thinning is manual.
5.winemaking
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then cold-macerated for five days to extract maximum aromas. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations are carried out in vats, with vatting at high temperature and final hot maceration lasting between 18 and 30 days, depending on the vat, to obtain maximum concentration and balance.
6.breeding
The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months and bottled at the estate.
